The house was designed with fun, friends, family, and gatherings in mind, but it is not a party house or place for events.

✋No smoking of any kind.

✋No glass in yard, patios, or beach..

✋No pets 

✋No fires outside of designated propane fire pit. 

✋Includes candles, fireworks, etc.

✋Guest count not to exceed that listed in your individual booking.

🌙Quiet hours 10p-9a per local guidelines.

🛟The Sound is tidal, so the amount of accessible beach changes throughout the day and at times is completely inaccessible.

🛟Do not leave chairs, toys, etc. unattended on the beach.

🛟We do not supply life vests or flotation devices. Please plan accordingly.

🛟Children should never be left unattended in/near the beach. 

🛟There are no fences or gates preventing access to the water.
